Bike Accident Ends With Both Arms Missing
Antofagasta, Chile. “A 31-year-old motorcyclist died when, according to local residents, a dog crossed the path of the man on the motorcycle and in trying to avoid it he lost control of the motorcycle and was thrown off. His arms were mutilated by the containment barriers.
