Yeah, the coup de grace when the guy was face down on the pavement is so far past the point where self defence is justified, I'm not sure you could even see it from there.

The ones when the guy was running away could be argued that there wasn't enough time for him to realize that the batman wasn't a threat...but walking up and shooting him on the ground is manslaughter at least.

Moral of the story; This Shows you that you never know what the other guy has tucked away so don't start beating on a stranger you know nothing about and a strangers car with a baseball bat. It could lead to something bad happening to you.
