Barge Explosion in Colombian Port Kills At Least Five
Cartagena, Bolívar, Colombia An explosion and fire aboard a barge in an industrial shipyard in Cartagena killed at least five and wounded at least eleven other workers. The explosion happened whilst the barge was undergoing maintenance. Emergency teams responded quickly to prevent the fire from spreading to other vessels. The Maritime Authority has taken over the investigation into the cause of the explosion and suspended operations at the shipyard. Questions have been raised about whether required gas measurements were conducted before maintenance work began and if prevention systems failed. |

Yes, it's a new tread.Most people don't know how to send a video from their phone, due to it being too long.Are all other situations?Most don't know how to pull a video off their own camera system.
