That happened to a guy near where I live in NYC, he just graduated with a Masters degree and he put a EV bike in his apartment and it blew up and killed him just like this. These things blow up all all all the time, 250 fires 18 dead in NYC alone last year. The thing about EVs, scooters, bikes, cars, is that 77% of these batteries are made in China which is a country that is corrupt as fuck so they make them half ass and they want us to transition our entire gas powered car industry to that? They are insane.
