If people could police (lol) their own twatwaffle cumchugging cuntbag pieces of shit in their own community, the cops wouldn't have to worry nearly as much and we could pay them to stay in the station until they're really needed for important stuff.

As someone who works in television, I appreciate the preroll countdown- however, the requirement is that the last two seconds contain zero audio or video other than a silent black screen. We use this to cue up footage, pausing the “tape” on the last black frame before the content begins. That 1/30 (or 1/24) of a second, depending on the source material, is covered by the switcher.
