Re: Attempted Murder
She died, I have watched a video of her being interrogated by him before she is thrown out the building. It's definitely her as she has the same clothing on.. unfortunately I can't seem to download the video off the site to share.

Re: Attempted Murder
"Then don't let anyone have you!" - a husband in Azerbaijan threw his wife off a balcony, and a criminal case has been opened on this fact under Article 29, 120.1 (attempted premeditated murder) of the Criminal Code of Azerbaijan. Huseyn Kazimov was detained by police officers. An investigation is currently underway. The outrageous incident occurred on July 23 in a residential area in the Absheron region of Azerbaijan. On the morning of that day, 22-year-old Ayshan Kazimova fell from the balcony of her apartment in a multi-story building. The woman was taken to hospital with multiple injuries, but despite the efforts of doctors, her life could not be saved. Local law enforcement agencies immediately began investigating the incident. The district prosecutor's office quickly concluded that the deceased's husband, Guseyn Kazimov, may have been involved in the tragedy. It was established that Guseyn suspected Ayshan of cheating. Amid jealousy, a quarrel broke out between the spouses, during which, allegedly, Guseyn threw his wife from the balcony of one of the upper floors. Neighbor Ramal Burzayev said that the man threw his wife from the eighth floor. He also noted that the cause of the conflict, according to rumors, was gold. Another neighbor, Sabir Gasimov, said that Aishan was thrown out in her pajamas, and after the fall, Guseyn approached her, kicked her and said: "Aren't you dead yet?" The incident has caused a wide resonance in society and discussions on social networks. People express condolences to the family of the deceased and hope for a fair investigation and punishment of the culprit. Local law enforcement agencies continue to collect evidence and conduct examinations to establish all the circumstances of the incident. |

Re: Attempted Murder
The punishment doesn't fit the crime (even she actually DID cheat on him). Given his reaction, the following views I have: A) If she did cheat on him, I can see why. B) Refer to "A". I have an exwife who cheated on me that only god-knows how many times. I would NEVER do that to her, as much as I frown upon her actions, and while she daily mentally tortured me and took full advantage of me. Throw that asshole into a prison in his country (I'd rather that, compared to him escaping the aforementioned with experience of death). I hope she lived, and that her child grows up with a parent who loves them. |

Re: Attempted Murder
My guess is that, on the way down from a distance like that, she encountered a single steel brace or a cable of some sort and that severed the arm AND slowed her down enough to survive impact at the bottom. Wow!
