The CIA actually has a Tor portal, as have multiple news agencies and university groups.

Following basic OpSec and being mindful of what you are doing is key. Being on the dark web doesn't prevent you from doing stupid things that were always going to be stupid no matter what.

Def has Meiwes vibes. Clearly the guy did it willingly and knew about it. He was naked, having an erection and clearly willing to be chopped up given he laid down on a plastic tarp and chopping board with a guy holding a cleaver and actually exposed his throat at the end.

"Sadly" the video ends just like that after the chop, it would be really interesting actually to see how he cut up the rest and cooked it. There's just some random photo montage afterwards.

Isn't this always something people are curious about? I remember people reading up on Meiwes and asking him how human meat tastes and how he cut up a grown man.

Personally, the picture with the supposedly cooked meat looks a bit unappetizingly done. Either the cannibal guy doesn't know how to cook or something went wrong afterwards. I recognize the penis and half of a ball but not sure about that other stuff. Anyone having a guess?

The prep video that precedes the chopping shows the guy with the cleaver having a clearly visible erection under his clothes and the “victim” resting his face against him right over said erection. So another point in the direction of consensual “kink”.
