I agree with you that being mindful is key and you also have a good point about OpSec however I was responding to the poster who asked the "where can I find on the DW" comment, which struck me as a rookie question since you can't exactly post links to DW sites nor can you get there without TOR. There are people out there that think there is no harm in looking and it's without risk. That said, do I really need to be posting public service suggestions about not stomping on the landmines? No, I suppose I don't.
Side note: as you may know, onion routing was created by the Navy in the early 90s and much of TORs funding came from the US Government.
