Can't figure out just what the perp was trying to do with green shirt. He (the perp) has his gun in the right hand and grabs the guy by the shirt with his left. Then he seems to realize that green shirt is armed and tries to pistol whip him to the head one time, but only one time and then he tries to run. This makes me think that his gun wasn't loaded in the first place and he was trying to pull off the robbery by means of a bluff.
