Armed Man Takes Load to the Face by Cop's Shotgun
Canoga Park, California - October 7th, 2023. Police responded to calls of a man sitting with a gun in a vehicle in the parking lot of a pharmacy. After failing to comply with demands probably due to being off his face, the officer shot off his face. (sorta) The man died at the scene, but not before being handcuffed (some people like to play possum. This didn't end up being the case here.) |

A 12 gauge shotgun pointing at you speaks all languages... and yes, handcuffing a felon arrestee (even when apparently unconscious) is written policy for nearly all law enforcement agencies in USA. Officers in violation of department policy can be subject to administrative discipline. Hate the game not the playa... |

Like a lot of seemingly extreme regulations, that one is probably written in blood through some officer getting killed by NOT doing that. Just like most FAA rules. Someone died for each rule in the book. They are ALL written in the blood of someone, or they would not be a rule. |
