from the moment she started convulsing, she was probably unconscious and totally unaware of anything. the body will always try to keep itself alive, so there are many involuntary moves in a case like this

there are people who attempted suicide,who claim that while they apparently loosened off the noose, they had no idea they were doing it

I once talked to a autopsy pathologist when my friend hung himself and he told me he never seen a suicide by hanging that didn't have struggle marks to try to prevent the death...I guess when someone just hangs there the twitching and shit isn't enough to do that much damage...but when you struggle to get out of it...you usually crush your larynx
