She's likely done UNLESS she has connections or can pay off the police (will be very expensive). Many Asian countries don't follow the self-defense rule and have a more common sense approach to things. And after reviewing video, it is clear (to me, at least) that her life was not in danger. She even stood there and ate the first few (weak) blows and the pipe/bong simply shattered. Personally, I believe the authorities will feel she could have went back in the house and left the guy alone. Vietnam does not baby women and will kill them (death penalty) or give them life w/o parole just as easy as they will to a man (or anyone else for that matter). |
