The man, John D., 55, ran a Facebook page with nearly 200,000 followers alongside his mother.

A deputy with the Campbell County Sheriff's Office responded to a call in the afternoon to a "male who had stopped breathing," according to an incident report. Police and EMS officials pronounced John dead at the scene.

The report adds that John had heart failure, kidney failure, high blood pressure, diabetes and had obstructive sleep apnoea. Per the report, the county's medical examiner does not "believe there was anything suspicious about the situation surrounding the death."

This is very unfortunate. No parent, no matter the age, should witness their offspring perish in front of them.

This should give awareness to whomever is watching this, or other similar vids, to be sure to prepare for the worst if it's just that time. Have aspirin closeby (if you aren't allergic). Have a heart rate monitor of some kind to catch early signs. In times like this, every second matters.

Massive heart attack with complete blockage in his coronary artery. His only chance of survival would have been if he was in a cath lab within minutes after onset of symptoms. CPR might have helped if an ambulance was on scene in minutes and if a hospital was close by. I’ve been a Paramedic since 1998 and only a few patients managed to survive a full cardiac arrest. Rip to John….

No one decides that other than God obviously, people do not have a hand in how they go. We all got to go and the average person does not decide the who, what why where how etc.

That dude was a walking heart attack on lay away (if you guys remember "Lay away"). His pores were spewing with all that butter and cholesterol.. He had all the strikes against him.. Obese, diabetic, male, over 35, sedentary lifestyle, and the list goes on

Yep must be in a hospital within 15 minutes and hope the doctors finger out what going on.i suffer one two years ago on june.10.2024 day before my birthday, didn't know what it was , I thought I was sick like a cold. Luckily to be alive now, and suffer three strokes on july.23.2024 , now only 20 percent heart failure.
