There was NO mention of that Iraqi being a civilian. I'd venture to say he was more likely an insurgent who got a mercy killing. He should consider himself lucky. What so shocking about a MARINE, someone who is trained to KILL, actually killing someone? Although I don't find killing someone as being something to laugh about, it's a reaction to a situation that they have become merely desensitized to.
