Just because your country doesn't have the right to have their own weapons mean that its the correct way.. Even if we had laws that prohibited the possession of firearms, it would not stop the violence..

Fact is, there are too many guns in the U.S. to remove and it would be impossible to even put a 50% dent in that if we prohibited gun ownership.

Theopod, if thats the way you would perform your duties as a cop you would be dead in a week. It is Police policy in every jurisdiction in the US to handcuff a suspect that has been shot. They dont need their hands regardless if they are dead or still alive. I mean... at what point do you decide if someone is incapacitated? 1 shot? (I dont think so) 2 shots? 5 shots? Or even ten shots.Who knows? There is always the possibility that they may still have a weapon and use it. Dont think that it hasn't happened in the past. Actually, not cuffing them would be acting like a mindless robot. Not the other way around. Its always better to be on the side of caution than be dead, but then again you are probably not a trained Police officer so you wouldn't know that. Think outside the box brotha!.
