Why the fuck do these tards say what they want them to say? Do the video's show the whole beheading or just the first few seconds & then footage of body with removed head? An so it does... Possibly a bit of a double standard as far as the American "authorities" are concerned? If it is an American's neck shown kissing the steel, then the "authorities" descend on DR like a ton of bricks.
