There's so many things that argue this video is not real. Firstly, if I knew for sure that I was about to die, I wouldn't do what I am told, I would tell him to shove his knife up his arse. Second, they cut out the part where he actually removes the victim's head, EVERY time, then just show it cut off afterwards. For all we know, that's fake ass movie set shit and they are just trying to make it look like he has been brutally murdered. I ain't 100% sure, but you can't argue this isn't a plausible theory.

It's not whether it's believable or not, it's whether you are susceptible to believing images that are coupled with sound bites that you hear throughout the day. Television "Programming"! Now I've been on this site for several years and have been a true crime reader and enthusiast for over 35 years. I have a few problems with this video and the others. 1. If you're recording it, then you obviously want us to see it. Or not? Why can't we see the full cutting scene? Shabab, Taliban, and other terrorists groups we clearly see the cutting, not to mention the blood gushing from the jugular veins. We see none of that from the ISIS videos. 2. If you're so tough, armed to the teeth, surrounded by your comrades, then why do you cover your face? Don't you want to die anyway? 3. Your biggest Public Relations campaign is funded by the same people you say you hate. If the major television news stations and social media giants didn't cover your story, we'd only know by print media. In this era very few people read print media. Hmm! 4. With today's technology these guys should have been wiped out immediately but they weren't. When a couple was kidnapped in the jungles of southeast Asia, a Delta Team swept in and saved them. Or at least one of them. I'm sorry but I'm not buying what they are selling. I do believe that their is a real threat of terrorism from all types of groups and I don't single it out to one particular religion or group. The fact is that there are a few evil phuqs in the world that screw it up for the masses. Politicians, Multi-national Corps, High Ranking Gov't officials, and other elites are safe but the small everyday people are sheep ready for slaughter. |

No, you wouldn't. People would like to think they might act brave in these situations, but imagining it and actually living it are two very different things. These prisoners have also most likely been tortured, ISIS has claimed to use water boarding, and there have been reports where prisoners are taking out, made to read statements in front of a camera, see the executioner sharpening his blade and then... they're taken back to their cells. They may do that several times, whether to demoralize the prisoners or just to rehearse it right, but it takes a toll, and eventually it wears down the individual. I'm guessing the reason ISIS cuts out the actual beheading is to maximize the distribution of the videos, the less gore, the more easily news stations can show images from the video or even entire segments, it's basically free advertising. If the gore was left in, I doubt any newstation would show any images from the video at all. I've seen no compelling evidence to label these videos fake. |

Well thanks for sort of agreeing with me. But still... I don't believe it's real. I don't see how someone could be that calm if they were really about to die. Even when you see the knife moving across the throat you don't see blood come out, which if he really had cut the throat, you so would.
