Re: Air Force Lieutenant Colonel Shot and Killed by Cops
Having the weapon in hand and being armed with a sidearm with the police present was stupidity.. When the dumbass pulled back the charge handle.. GAME OVER |

Re: Air Force Lieutenant Colonel Shot and Killed by Cops
That is rule number two, rule number one is: Never pull a gun when you already have a gun pointed at you. He could have had a better chance pulling the charging handle while he had the rifle still pointed at the cops as seen at the beginning of the video, but his good training got in the way and he lowered it according to standard training. But under the circumstances he was in at the moment, pulling the charging handle in a secure way by pointing the rifle downwards to prevent having a negligent discharge was non desirable because if he had had a negligent discharge it could have saved his life in that situation. Sometimes the cartridge on top of the magazine is never swapped after having been chambered once by the charging handle and it gets hit by the firing pin and the second or third time it could go off because it has a dimple during a previous chambering, it is the reason to remove it from the top of the magazine and swap a new one in its place. |
