Lots of people piss themselves in car wrecks whether they die or not, but especially when they pop their clogs. Doesn't necessarily imply pregnancy.

Personally, I didn't see any features that strongly implied pregnancy. And the news stories usually mention it, especially if they're visibly pregnant, In any event, that's a pretty goddam awful look of shock and horror etched on her face. I'm guessing she had a few seconds of realization before impact.

Look at the blood splatter on the doorjamb, floorboards, and pavement under her window. I actually think the blood on her left thigh/leg is predominantly from her fatal head injury. If you look closely, her pants aren't even torn. I believe that most of that blood pooled on her thigh when her head slumped leftwards on her neck. Severing the femoral artery would have crated a lot more blood in/on her pants than was already there.

Speculation, obviously. But I think close examination agrees with me.
