Not according to the report. She did flip the truck three times. No mention of pregnancy in the article.

Look at the blood splatter on the doorjamb, floorboards, and pavement under her window. I actually think the blood on her left thigh/leg is predominantly from her fatal head injury. If you look closely, her pants aren't even torn. I believe that most of that blood pooled on her thigh when her head slumped leftwards on her neck. Severing the femoral artery would have crated a lot more blood in/on her pants than was already there.

Speculation, obviously. But I think close examination agrees with me.

I agree. There wasn't much blood on her right leg, either.
