On the afternoon of the 23rd, a street dweller threw a rock at the windshield of a dump truck in Medellín, Colombia, and the driver, while attempting to avoid the rock, ended up running over the dweller.

Consequently, one of the man's legs was almost completely amputated. He was taken to a care centre, but he died as a result of the injuries.
