the lady in the front of the bus in the 0:01 had the same thing happen, a magic bullet apparently shot her bra off, and so her tig ol bitties showing. More likely scenario: the perv ass survivor next to her thought he could undress her on the excuse of "I was looking for the gunshot". prolly the same for the lady you mentioned with her dead butt all up in the air

So they just open fire on the passengers ??? Wow this is fucked up, even for a shit hole nation. And I'd like to know what kind of injury causes blood to pour from someone's mouth like that. That was crazy. Reminded me of the video where the ISIS fucks dropped that boulder on that guy's head. Then his nose and mouth just erupted blood like that. There's gotta be a medical term for that, with a dumbed down, lamens term, of exactly how it happens.

Likely a Basal skull injury via projectile. Often we see this with lung vessel damage but you can tell the difference by the blood. Lung bleeds produce bright, foamy blood, while arteries outside the lungs produce what we see here. Just high volume dark red, oxygenated blood.
