Can't seem to edit, so here is the update with a new slightly higher resolution video. The videos are from an event in 2015. The person hanged is a former ANA soldier or officer. He was hanged in Shirzaad district of Nengarhar by Taliban. |

I am finding more info on this post and can not seem to be able to add it due to edit button issue. I know it has been a couple months, since edit 2 but that is how long it takes to debunk dates and verify information.[

I believe the cutoff on editing is 6 days passed the OP date. One of us mods can add it to your original post if we see it but even if we don't - it's ok to post updates to a thread at anytime. Appreciate it, either way.
