The Taliban push the Afghan soldier is pushed around while hanging from a tripod style emergancy gallows.

The video is low resolution, so I would greatly appreciate anyone who can find more videos with different resolutions, angles, or more context.

مقصد عفوه نشته هسې په سترګو کی خاورې شیندل دي
نور مو له زړه وینې څاڅې طالب مشران دی له صحرایې محکمو لاس په سر شي

The videos are from an event in 2015. The person hanged is a former ANA soldier or officer. He was hanged in Shirzaad district of Nengarhar by Taliban.
