I am a Correctional Officer and if an inmate gets wet by any means we are not allowed to use the stun gun or the electric shield (used in confinement). Common sense. The police knew better than to tase him wet. They didn't want to get wet and use hands on so instead they kill an innocent, mentally challenged guy. They should be charged with murder. Period.

I usually side with police, but this is crazy. You break into someone's home while they are in the shower and taste them repeatedly until dead and the cops are not charged? Maybe if the guy had a weapon or at least lunged at the officer it might have been reasonable to taze him, but dude is just standing there and they taze him.

I continue to be surprised and disgusted by the overkill on the part of the police. You don't taser someone in the water. Seems like there were enough POs there to subdue the guy. Instead of shooting him 12 times, they tasered him 15. smh.
