Santa Inês, Maranhão, Brazil The corpse of an unidentified man was found by locals wrapped in a plastic tarp. When the body was unravelled, it was found that the man's penis had been cut off, and placed over the area was a note which accused the man of being a child rapist. |

If the accusations were real, the police will eventually get to the truth. Sadly, people never trust the police because the rich always pays their way out.
