Dude, the person filming, helped him do the video. He is in most of the videos on the link I just posted...the person filming even helps hold the "girl" (Megao a guy) under in many of the videos youll see if you click that link. They have an elaborate breathing system set up for Megao and they discuss it in a lot of the responses to the videos. Megao does pass out sometimes, but fresh oxygen provided through a clear breathing tube does wonders on a persons brain...and helps them stay alive during scenes like this.

no, most people can hold their breath for minute tops, only a few can do it longer. i just held it for a a minute and 10 seconds and it was a bit painful.  |
