This was a murder, if you look at thr the of the video you will see her feet tied to something out of camera shot, making it not possible to throw her legs forward. She would be unable to tie her legs up in that position and then handcuff herself, which makes this a murder.

I'm leaning to fake as well. If it were an "accidental suicide" the tape would have had to be recording before she was even in the tub. The exclusion of what happened right up to where the video started is highly suspicious and would be the only solid proof of what exactly happened. Sorry, but I gotta go with fake on this one.

dammit...it is a fake. how many times do i have to tell you. the "guy"..not girl...has more videos like this on the net. its the same person over and over again. just damn believe it and quit this thread already.
