Someone already explained. But people like yourself tend to believe everything they are told unless they see an obvious reason to not believe. I bet you think ghosts 'could' be real or that bigfoot might be real.

- The position the guy (not girl) is in is not a position that would prevent a guy from sitting up out of the water. There are multiple different ways that he could 'squirm' sideways or sit up and easily get his head above the water, but doesn't even try to. Even bear-hugging his legs and pulling his head up between his knees would work.
-why is his face covered?
-He doesn't even bother to try and untie his boots, even though his hands could easily reach them.
-He could even use his elbows to lift himself up using the edges of the tub, but doesn't even try.
-Only attempt at escaping consists of ridiculous flailing without any meaningful actions.

Any one of these points alone is enough to PROVE this is fake, yet you couldn't put it together.
