It it 100% fake!! the people who made this video make all kinds of staged suffocation videos. Its some kinda of fetish thing popular in Asia.

It was fake, the chick who did it blogged after, and she used a mask with breathing aparatus ataatched, she said how she masked the colour with the depth of the water but mainly the shower splashing gave the water enough distortion to disguise her breathing aparatus.. you my friend just got served.
