also 15 injured when that speeding minibus rear-ended a bus. I read that the company ( or minibus driver) had 21,000 sol in unpaid bills left to pay

That persons legs!  Wonder if that person is the dead one or if it’s the one whos getting CPR. Racing mini buses?  What happened to the other bus?
