Damn, his ribs were completely separated from the sternum. Do you think he could even feel anything? This is one of the freakiest (and best) clips like this I've ever seen! So amazing. Sucks for him though. Hopefully he had lights out soon so as not to just sit there and suffer.

I was wondering the same thing. It's like his chest has been sliced off. You'd think the whole thing would be puddled up with blood and fluids. Seeing some of the gunshots to the head and how they spew blood everywhere, how does one loose half their chest and have it remain so "dry". But yeah, was this an exit wound from a shot in the back or what? What could have resulted in such a tremendous hole like that? |

Lets really try to figure out what may have caused it. I see too many people on here who would rather marvel at the gruesomeness of it, rather than to know what actual happened to the unfortunate man. How shallow... It could have been a samurai sword. That's the craziest wound i've ever seen. It looks like a he ran out of the operating room. |

I tried searching a ton of brazilian websites to find out what happened to the poor basterd, but had no luck. Could it possibly be a frag grenade shrapnels that did this? Or maybe he ran into some really pissed off cop that went rambo on his ass. Either way, I'm pretty sure he has kicked it.
