Judging by the short time to inhale and the slow exhale... He probably is in a world of pain. Hopefully shock has not set in too bad. again. the breathing is rapid so I guess It's not. His face is pale so that could be an indication of the blood focusing on the center of the body... Shock. This could be totally savable if he got medical assistance quickly. Hell someone put him in a car and take him to A&E. His organs are attached. There may be head injuries far worse than exposed lung. Each second counts
