I thought that, but then others in that pic are wearing helmets etc - seems odd for someone to climb onto a wreck with no helmet, so thought it might be a body

after overtaking he puts right blinker on before turning the left blinker on for another overtake so he must not have seen oncoming traffic. Must be fatigue as it's at least a 9 hour drive and for non preofessional drivers after 5 hours, without rest, there's a serious increased risk of making mistakes.

Fatigued drivers in the U.S. cause 17.6% of fatal crashes. Drunk drivers 30%.

Looked like they were headed back into the correct lane after passing, and then decided to turn right back into the wrong lane head on with the truck.

Almost looks intentional. Not sure how they didn't see a red truck, in broad daylight, on a straight away.
