6AM Bronx Shooting
Bronx: Fort Independence Street & Bailey Place, the NYPD 50 precinct is investigating after a person was fatally shot last week Wednesday, May 17th, around 6:30 am. The person who also appears to be holding a gun was shot to the chest. He was transported to Montefiore hospital and was pronounced dead.

I’m confused as to what is going on here. It seemed to me that the man, who was killed, was attempting to ambush another individual, but got drew on and killed as he tried to escape.
