Why cross the street, yet not take cover behind the cars or pull your gun out? Seems like they both knew what was happening when they were playing ring around the rosie around that car. Dude in grey was just a terrible criminal. Unprepared & slow on the draw. Why wait until you’re shot to pull your gun? Dummy

Gun control is the stupidest thing, for a very nice example we just need to look down south to neighboring Mexico. The strictest gun laws will never fail to produce the perfect crime storm. |

Not what happened. The shooter was a third guy on the far side of the street. You can see the shooter walk behind a van at 0:27, where he lurked. The guy in gray was trying to avoid a gunfight so he crossed the street, not realizing the third guy was waiting for him on the other side. Gray guy did an "oh shit" indecision stance, then ran down the street fleeing for his life. The firing of the gun occurred off camera by that third guy.
