Agreed. There are other clues, too. Compare the stuff on the desk at 0:10 (investigation footage) versus 0:27 ("security cam" footage). It's clearly different stuff, arranged differently. In particular, notice the oval picture frame, businesscard holder, little troll doll just to the left of the computer screen in the investigation footage are not in the "security cam" footage.

It's not fake. But the muzzle flashes and sounds are (added, just like the logo music and the purposely breathless narration as if the Russkie were there at the time). The media has to make everything entertaining. Which is crappy journalism. But this is a really great post showing how suddenly this stuff happens.

This is fake. The muzzle flash goes over the head of the first victim. And notice the difference between the clothes of the 'murderer' in the real footage and aftermath. Not to mention the room changing dramatically.

I noticed that my comment might have been a bit quick. The footage in the beginning is probably legit. It's just the 'camera footage' that looks fishy. But then again, it looks like this is from a TV-show and the 'camera footage' is just a reenactment of what happened.
