Java, The police determined the driver of the rice transport truck, W. (35) as a suspect in the accident which killed 5 people. Probably faulty brakes caused the fatal accident.

Rice is heavy as fuck. Think about the damage if that was a set of doubles completely full like we haul at my work. 75-80,000 lbs in the trailers alone.

Vehicle was grossly overloaded and I'm sure the maintenance on the vehicle was non existent  |
