Innocent dumbass car that was being overtaken looks like he didn't realize he was being overtaken since he moved over to his left in order to give the silver car that was pulling out more room. Car doing the overtaking must have gotten freaked out that the car he was passing started to merge into the lane he was in. From there on it looks like the killer got "target fixation," because his car doesn't appear as though it lost control until he slammed on the brakes once it was too late.

Very little situation awareness on anyone’s part. Life is strange at times and very unforgiving. Gotta pay attention to your surroundings at all times! Quite a lot of lives effected by this happening. It’s a sad day for many…
