Victims were playing in a river near the pumping intake for the potable water treatment plant. Shoddy wiring to the pumps did them in. Not trespassing necessarily. Such a facility would be well marked and protected in the developed world, not so much in rural brasil. |

When they put that last guy down, My OCD was hoping his feet were pointing in a V like his friends. I was my disappointed. :)
