Re: 3 Teenagers on a Bicycle End Up on Highway and Runover by a Truck
So the lorry was overtaking? I guess the didn't expect anything to be coming head on at them, maybe they had no brakes or something, or froze? Either way, I don't think they deserved to die. RIP.

Well i'm a man and it is a two way road, hence why the truck going past filming it afterwards is going the opposite way that the truck that killed them was. The truck was overtaking! Use your noggin.

Um, no. It's not a 2 way road. You think on ramps normally merge in to an oncoming lane? Besides, you can see the arrows up the off ramp that the kids thought was an on ramp. The arrows clearly point in the opposite direction of the kids riding the bike. There are trucks facing different directions after the accident because THERE IS AN ACCIDENT. Haven't you ever seen cars pull up in an abnormal direction when there are dead bodies on the road? There is ONLY ONE direction to drive on that road, and the trucks are driving the correct direction. The kids definitely took the wrong way of an off ramp. Not even debateable. |

Why??? Doesnt make sense dude, theu were kids.. ok so you have a kid watch him/her grow up to be 17 and while youre at work get a phone call stating that your child just got scraped across tje pavement because he/she lost control of his/her bike and let someone tell you they deserved it.

Re: 3 Teenagers on a Bicycle End Up on Highway and Runover by a Truck
I won't enter the "Woman" fray, but there are road shoulders on only one side of the road and if it was a two lane, then why would it be marked for a legal passing lane in a curve and uphill. The exit ramp has directional signs way down the ramp. If that ramp was an acceleration ramp for one way merging traffic, then why would it need directional signs on it for oncoming traffic? Just saying.

Re: 3 Teenagers on a Bicycle End Up on Highway and Runover by a Truck
if its the BR 116 and it cuts through almost all brazil, i wonder how the people from the other end of brazil go to the other end if its a one way road. google maps do not show any other road strip along that BR116. that would be the lousiest road engineering ever in whole world if BR 116 (almost along the coast) goes that way and you have to return home via the other side of brazil. its a two way road. check google map in street view and you can see vehicles in both direction. a woman can view google map as well as any man. if youre going to refer about the arrow, maybe its also a two way ramp. my uncle google showed me the street view where vehicles pass each other in opposite direction |
