1st dead guy: on the ground, rear of the grey car, (shot by black shirt-wearing guy). 2nd dead guy: on the hood of the car next to the front passenger side of the grey car (wearing a black shirt, he shot 1st dead guy) 3rd dead guy: doing a no-brace face plant on the front passenger side of the grey car. Light-colored clothes, shooting with a hand-gun at the guy shooting him (limping guy). Limping guy wins! |

So the first to die was the nephew second was the shooter of nephew, third was the accomplice to the shooter. The uncle shot both perps and the nephews friend ran in punching the shooter just to be sure he's dead. As a third accomplice the perp tackled and attempted to disarm the uncle (unsuccessfully). From what we see.. as long as uncle's firearm is legal he should make it through this one.
