Such an advanced place, are you for real? It might look like a veneer of modernity, but that's all thanks to the West. Who do you think they hire to design and build their mega skyscrapers, others ******? Hell no, they know damn well it's going to collapse before the end of the next decade, so they hire the only ones who can do a good job at that: Westerners. And the rest of the tech they stole from the West, so not exactly an indication of their development either.
