How do you know he was fit? How do you know he didn't smoke? What has being white have to do with anything? He's not white by the way.

Heart attacks are very very painful and victims usually clutch at their chest. They also get short of breath and can get dizzy.

He looks like he’s a little disoriented before he goes down but doesn’t seem to be in a lot of distress

This makes me think it could be a heart arrhythmia. The cause of the arrhythmia could be a heart attack but it could be other things as well

Causes:
Electrolyte imbalances (e.g., potassium, sodium)
Heart disease (e.g., heart attack, heart failure)
Structural abnormalities in the heart
Medications (e.g., stimulants, caffeine)
Stress
Thyroid disorders
