Re-watched this today. I don't think the woman had a gun but it is odd that she did that intense stare-job and then, likely coincidentally, her hand drops down towards her waist looking like it could be a threatening gesture that, "I'm packing, ******! So don't be messing with me!" I can imagine the whole mentality in that ghetto being all "Uh-huh, I'm baaaad!" gangsta-like, including the woman who got shot, though she didn't have a gun.
