dumbass cop lovers. They have no idea. The Hall family deserve the millions they will get and all because of inept dumbass cops, and whoever trained them, and supplied them for being "road ready". they lack training, proper deployment of weapons which should equal the threat presented, and yes why didn't the one cop send the dog on him? the one dog would have taken care of this...disable the suspect and therefore allow the dumbass cops to approach and arrest him. Another point. issue dumbass cops tasers and even pepperspray for situations like this. have the dogs ready too. have a set number of tasers for each patrol so that when the situation does arise, the retarded cop should act accordingly. The Hall family received $750K in an out of court settlement. That about $749K more than Mr. Hall was worth. The officers were cleared of any wrongdoing by an internal investigation, by an investigation from the local DA's office, and by the FBI. The Hall family was offered $750K to go away and they took it on the advise of their lawyers. So there goes that argument.

How are individual officers legally responsible to utilize less lethal weapons when their department failed to provide them? How is it that these officers were supposed pull bean bag guns, Tasers, pepper spray (no the right tool in this case), out of their asses when they weren't issued those items? They used what they had. As far as using the K-9 to attack an armed bad guy...that dog is worth around $40K and usually carries police officer status under state law. In other words, you don't send a dog into a situation where the bad guy has a weapon and is waving it around like a nut. That isn't how department's generally use K-9's.

Since I was unfamiliar with you, I decided to do some research and look up your publicly available prior comments...when I read your comments, I found that I disliked many of them. point 2 boyo is that out of court settlements are done so behind close doors, as in sneakily, the the justice system is corrupt especially when it comes to deserving "cops" who clearly when beyond their duty.
point 3 dumbass is that their department, their regulatory office, or department in charge of their department and so on failed to supply them with NEEDED equipment.
