Accident on the Via Vieja de la Estrella arriving at the Tablaza mall. A bus from Caldas with a motorcycle. It just happened 10 minutes ago.

additional info: locals say the victim would suddenly appear, burn up the road and leave behind a blistering trailer of debris only to disappear and reappear every 3-4 months in the same area. his last name peas, first name herb.
