Ukrain, At the scene, police officers found that the explosion killed two local residents aged 37 and 40 years. In addition, a woman was injured and she was hospitalized.

Investigators of the territorial police unit, under the procedural leadership the local prosecutor's office, opened criminal proceedings according to part 2 of article 115 (premeditated murder) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. A pre-trial investigation is underway, law enforcement officers established the identity of the injured woman and all the circumstances of the incident.
