East-Siberia. A dark Lexus hit a girl and a young man at a crosswalk near the railway station. The driver fled the scene.

The young people died on the spot. The blow was so strong that the girl's down part was scattered around the road,and the two victims themselves flew 15-20 meters, one of the witnesses said.

One of the drivers tried to catch up with the Lexus and managed to notice how the "bald, short man" ran out of the car. He left the car at the bank and fled.

Video shows that the driver was travelling much faster than the rest of the cars and with the headlights off and did not brake in front of the pedestrian crossing, despite the red traffic light.


Likhach fled from the scene of the accident, but was detained. It turned out to be a 38-year-old man who had already been convicted several times: under articles for murder, robbery, theft and misappropriation of a car. During the interrogation, the driver admitted that at the time of the accident he was drunk, and fled from the scene, allegedly because he was frightened .

“Yes, I knocked someone down. I didn't know what the consequences would be,” he told investigators.
