Well, they pretty much got what they deserved, so it's another case of Darwin. The cement truck had the green light. They should have waited on their turn until the truck had passed. Or else, they should have punched it and gone very quickly. These guys just kind of meandered through the turn.

Would have probably been better for the occupants of the car had the truck just side swiped them instead of trying to swerve out of the way. At least they would have had a better chance at surviving.
